Since we aren’t able to continue our 15year+ annual BBQ this year we’d like to showcase some West Lansing Videos to remind us of what a great community we have.

Developers appealed  the new Sheppard Lansing Secondary Plan which was rejected by the LPAT (OMB).  This means that developments along Sheppard will be kept to the limits of the Sheppard properties.  Expansion into the neighbourhood will not be permitted.  And on our side of Sheppard, that means buildings along Sheppard no taller than 4-5 storeys, sloped to the rear, containing residences on the upper floors and retail/commercial space on the main floor.

OMB approves 15 storey condo tower and a row of seven 4-storey townhomes at 53-53 Sheppard/62-68 Bogert.

After countless delays, the subway entrance has opened at Emerald Park.

Massive changes proposed to Yonge Street, Sheppard to Finch

The completion of the Poyntz subway entrance at Emerald Park has been delayed once again.

Please take a moment to sign the petition seeking a clear commitment from MTO to improve the Yonge/401 interchange.  If you can, forward it to others in the neighbourhood.  It's time to stop the delays!

The WLHA releases its Committee of Adjustment Application Guidance for Builders and Neighbours document.
