Poyntz TTC Subway Entrance Update
We are sure many of you are wondering why this entrance has remained closed for several years now. The TTC entrance at Hullmark across the street was completed in a fraction of the time.
Although the tunnel connection to Emerald Park is complete and occupancy has technically been given, the TTC refuses to open the tunnel access due to deficiencies. The Developer has been served notice by the TTC and it seems that resolution is not happening quickly. It remains in the Developer’s hands to complete the task to the satisfaction of the TTC.
We spoke with a representative of the developer and they stated they are working to get this entrance re-opened; but they were unable to provide a time line.
Looking forward to seeing all of you there !
